Our aim is to provide the best possible delivery service to you and we personally inspect each item prior to dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

From time to time Perlita offer free shipping on UK orders. The free shipping is offered at check-out depending on the current offer and your shopping total.  Simply select Free Shipping and proceed with your order.  You may also choose to use the pay options instead e.g. Royal Mail next day delivery, but you will pay the full cost of that method if you select it.

UK DELIVERY

We use the following shipping methods, which you may select, at checkout:

Royal Mail First Class Recorded - normally arrives 1-3 days after dispatch by us.
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day Service - normally arrives before 1 p.m... on the day after posting.

Both postal services require a signature on delivery, which will be used as our proof that goods have arrived with a customer. We are not responsible for any goods not signed for by the customer as a result of the postal service handing over goods to a third party.  All charges shown are for UK mainland delivery and there may be an extra charge for Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and other Islands within the UK jurisdiction. We will inform the customer of any extra charges at the time of order.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

We ship to the following European and International Countries:

Australia, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Corsica, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Faroe Islands, Germany, Iceland, Lichenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and USA.
 
We Use Royal Mail Airsure® – Normal delivery is 2 days (EU) and 5 days (International) after dispatch by us.

Royal Mail Airsure®  requires a signature on delivery, which will be used as our proof that goods have arrived with a customer. We are not responsible for any goods not signed for by the customer as a result of the postal service handing over goods to a third party.

Please note the dispatch estimates detailed above are as the text implies "estimates" only, essentially our best guess at dispatch times.  They are not guaranteed dispatch times and you should not rely on them.   For International orders customs clearance procedures may delay your order and are beyond our control.

Please note that with all International orders, we cannot be held responsible for any Customs duties/taxes or import charges that you may incur when you receive your package, and they are solely your responsibility.  We are also unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.



PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to keep all out products in stock locally and normally ship by the next working day.  Where an item is on back order we aim to ship within 5 days.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS AND OTHER CONDITIONS

•       All goods supplied by us remain the property of Perlita until such time as they are paid for in full.
•       All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date.
•       Orders will only be dispatched to the customer once payment has been received.
•       Perlita will not accept responsibility for orders delayed by incorrectly supplied customer information or declined payments.
•       We will not be held responsible for orders being delayed by Industrial Action, Force Majeure, or events beyond our control.

PERLITA ORDERS & STATUS INFORMATION



Most orders follow the process below:

Processing:  Your order has been received and is being processed.

Complete:  Your payment has been authorised and your order has been processed, packed and Shipped.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled either at your request or if we are unable to supply the goods.

Failed: Your Credit Card or PayPal payment was not received. If you have completed payment successfully please contact us to resolve the matter.
